Job Summary
Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes under the supervision of a PT, helping them regain strength and function. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation with training provided. Visit clients in Chester and surrounding areas while maintaining flexible scheduling autonomy and consistent patient volume through our agency partner network. A tablet with data plan is provided, and the role offers paid training, ongoing mentorship, and mileage reimbursement. Compensation ranges from $45 to $55 per visit based on experience and weekly hours worked.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
