Job Summary
Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them regain strength and function. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation with training provided. This role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy over your day with consistent patient volume through our agency partner network. You will own your time while receiving mileage reimbursement and a tablet with data plan. Visit rates range from $47 to $54 per visit, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
