Develop and implement treatment plans with Physical Therapists, working directly with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions while educating patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Prior experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital settings is preferred, along with knowledge of physiology and inpatient therapy procedures. Flexible work hours allow you to create your own schedule.
