Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Hospital Acute Care - Full Time

Implement individualized treatment plans, assist with patient mobility and exercise programs, document progress in the electronic medical record, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and efficient discharge planning. Participate in team meetings, contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives, and support department goals for excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Provide skilled therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support recovery, mobility, and functional independence of patients in a hospital setting.
