Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring resident progress. Communicate changes or concerns to the supervising therapist, complete required daily documentation, and participate in care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care to long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available in Horsham.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with the geriatric population
