Job Summary
Provide treatment, conduct tests, deliver client education, and implement appropriate interventions for adult and geriatric patients in homes throughout Randolph County, North Carolina, as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being on a per-visit basis. This full-time role requires current North Carolina licensure, graduation from an accredited two-year program, or one year of experience with a satisfactory proficiency exam, alongside at least one year of supervised work experience.
Required Qualifications
- current licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina
- graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- one year of appropriate experience as an Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977
- at least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
