Job Summary
PTA to join our healthcare team to provide direct rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and in accordance with physician orders, applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. Focused on helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance quality of life in a Home Health setting. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, active state license in good standing, and CPR certification (current throughout employment). One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
- CPR certification must remain current during employment.
