Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy sessions with patients in their homes to help them regain strength and independence for daily living activities. Assist with transfers, mobility training, and therapeutic exercises tailored to individual needs while collaborating with licensed physical therapists. Requires a Bachelor or Associate degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and a minimum of one year of home health experience. Must hold current CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Currently licensed in state of practice
- Current CPR
