Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Home Health (24189)

Provide skilled home health physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, implementing individualized Plans of Care for adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and post-surgical conditions. Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and manual therapy techniques while educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention. Monitor patient responses, report condition changes, complete accurate electronic documentation, and adhere to infection control standards. This full-time role offers a flexible daytime schedule with autonomy in a supportive interdisciplinary team environment across North Austin.
