Job Summary
The PTA provides treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, manages a full caseload, and completes all patient-care documentation. Responsibilities include delivering PT interventions that are safe and effective per JAG PT guidelines, maintainingWebPT EMR documentation in a timely manner, and ensuring CEU requirements for the PTA license are met. The role supports team and individual work with minimal supervision, and opportunities include annual seminars, mentorship for new grads, and comprehensive benefits. New grads may participate in the mentorship program; sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and quarterly bonuses are offered. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree with PTA license; EMR software experience is preferred; basic computer skills are expected.
