Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) services in home health/hospice settings. Evaluate patients’ physical health, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and ensure high standards of care, with documentation on a company device. Travel within a 15-25 mile radius and support both in-field and remote activities as part of a dedicated clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License to practice in California - Required
- Experience in Home Health or Hospice care - 1 Year Required
- Current CA Driver’s License
- Able to travel within a 15 - 25 mile radius on a regular basis.
