Job Summary
Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist a Physical Therapist in implementing a pediatric home health plan addressing physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional disabilities or delays. Responsibilities include evaluating and interpreting assessments, developing goals, creating and implementing therapy plans, educating and empowering caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners (including Early Intervention Colorado) to provide services per physician order/IFSP, and documenting care in an EMR while maintaining confidentiality. Role offers both part-time and full-time options with a comprehensive benefits package. Requires Texas State PTA License and CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred.
