Job Summary
PTA to assist a licensed Physical Therapist in implementing pediatric home-health treatment plans. Responsibilities include evaluating and interpreting assessments, developing child-specific goals, designing and implementing physical therapy plans, educating and empowering families to carry over therapy into daily activities, coordinating with Early Intervention Colorado, ensuring continuity of care post-discharge via home exercise programs, and documenting care in an EMR system. Requires Texas PTA license and CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred. Position offers part-time and full-time options within Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health."
