Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in home and community by implementing treatment plans with a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA); support and coach families to carry over therapeutic activities; educate caregivers, coordinate with referral partners (including Early Intervention Colorado), and document care in an EMR while maintaining patient confidentiality. Assist patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional functioning to maximize independence; collaborate with therapists to design home exercise programs and ensure continuity of care after discharge.
Required Qualifications
- Texas State PTA License
- Current CPR certification
