Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Provide skilled physical therapy services in patient homes under the direction of a Physical Therapist, performing prescribed procedures to relieve pain and restore function. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, safety measures, and proper use of equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers. Assess functional problems, participate in case conferencing, and complete accurate clinical documentation within 24 hours of visits. Drive to assigned locations across the Brunswick, Chippewa, and surrounding territories, maintaining compliance with state scope of practice and Medicare guidelines.
