Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by the physical therapist and record treatments in medical records. Participate in patient care conferences, weekly rehabilitation meetings, and facility in-service training programs. Communicate with supervising therapists, rehab directors, and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress and care plans. Maintain accurate daily treatment and labor records according to corporate procedures and state Physical Therapy rules. Full-time position with a $5K sign-on bonus. Starting pay is $33/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current license in practicing state
- Good communication skills
- Ability to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients' family members, and staff
- Capability to perform the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations
