Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) under supervision of a Physical Therapist. Administer treatment programs, document patient treatments and condition changes, assess patient status, set and implement treatment goals, perform evaluations/interventions, and instruct patients on physical therapy interventions and home exercise programs. Requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy, a valid PTA license in the practice state, CPR/First Aid certification, and 3+ years of clinical experience; location in Palm Harbor, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid PTA license in state of practice
- Current CPR and first aid certification
- 3+ years' clinical experience
