Job Summary
Deliver on-site prevention programs including work simulations and job coaching while conducting ergonomic assessments and early intervention services. Implement tailored wellness initiatives for the workforce and collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support employee health. Track and report program metrics to evaluate effectiveness. This role offers flexible, intermittent coverage Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. for licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants with active Pennsylvania licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed health professional
- Active Pennsylvania licensure
- Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Available for PRN coverage Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Based in York, Pennsylvania
- Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to wear professional attire and site-specific personal protective equipment (PPE)
