Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) role under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, leading prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities, applying modalities and physical agents, educating patients and families on injury prevention and proper body mechanics, and monitoring patient progress with regular communication to the supervising PT to adjust plans as needed. Must hold a PTA degree and a current state license/certification. Onsite, PRN schedule with growth opportunities within a supportive rehabilitation team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
