Required Qualifications
- two years of outpatient experience
- an indirect supervision license
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license with Indirect Supervision
- CPR certification
