Physical Therapist Assistant - PRN Pine Creek

Provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including gait and mobility retraining, transfer training across all levels of assistance, and strengthening, balance, and fall prevention. Support patients with medically complex conditions while collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression and working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery. This PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling with no minimum hour requirement, allowing clinicians to split hours across weekdays or work longer blocks. Training and mentorship are provided to build competencies in these areas. Located at Pine Creek Rehab, a community-based nursing home in West Salt Lake City, the team prioritizes helping patients regain mobility, confidence, and independence to transition safely to the next level of care.
