Job Summary
Join NHC HomeCare Midlands as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) where you will provide physical therapy services directed by a physical therapist and ordered by a physician in accordance with state and federal regulations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the evaluation of patient progress, observing and reporting patient conditions, and maintaining daily treatment records. A commitment to teamwork, innovation, and patient health is vital as you work alongside dedicated professionals to enhance community well-being. Must hold an Associate’s Degree and necessary state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an Associate’s Degree from a recognized Physical Therapist Assistant Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Must be licensed in the state in which the assistant will be practicing
