Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapy team at Ashley Gardens in Mount Vernon, WA. Provide gait and mobility retraining, transfer training across levels of assistance, strengthening, balance, fall prevention, and support patients with medically complex conditions. Collaborate with supervising PT on care progression and work with nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery. Flexible PRN schedule with no minimum hours; opportunities to pick up hours at nearby partner facilities. Training and mentorship available; therapist-owned company emphasizing clinical autonomy and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington PTA license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
- SNF experience preferred (one year ideal), but not required
