Physical Therapist Assistant PRN

Deliver physical therapy interventions, assist residents with therapeutic exercises and gait training, and monitor responses to progress toward improved mobility and strength. Document treatment sessions and observations in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards while adhering to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to care planning and maintain open communication with the supervising Physical Therapist and care staff. Assist in maintaining therapy equipment and supplies to ensure a safe environment. Requires an Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and current state licensure.
