Job Summary
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedics setting. Treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with the clinical team. Participate in mentorship and continuing education programs and contribute to a collaborative clinic culture within the Upstream Rehabilitation network. Eligible for full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility)
