Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy under supervision of a Physical Therapist. Deliver treatment per established plan, progress patients safely through levels of treatment, consult with supervising PT on progress/changes, document all interactions in the EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to grow skills and clinic culture, and participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
