Job Summary
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients while monitoring their progress and documenting condition changes. Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective care. Maintain strong communication skills in English to collaborate within the team-oriented environment at Allina Health Restorative Suites in Plymouth, MN. This PRN Saturday coverage role offers a wage range of $37 - $40 per hour with experience-based raises, tuition assistance, and comprehensive health benefits for full-time employees. Pro Rehab manages long-term care services across over 30 locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate's degree
- Must possess a current CO Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
