Job Summary
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans by executing therapeutic activities, stretching, and exercises. Collect patient histories, record progress notes, and document responses to treatment adjustments. Report clinical changes to supervising providers and ensure compliance with regulatory facility requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPT)
- Hold a valid State Physical Therapy License
