Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant needed by Priority Care Rehab Staffing in Yonkers, NY to support PT clinical team delivering hands-on therapy to post-acute and long-term care residents in a SNF setting. Independent contractor role under licensed Physical Therapist supervision, implementing plans of care, administering therapeutic exercise, gait and balance programs, and documenting treatment notes compliant with Medicare/Medicaid and facility standards. Communicate patient progress to supervising PT, participate in IDT meetings, and assist with discharge planning as directed. Prior SNF experience is preferred. Located in Yonkers with multiple locations actively hiring; strong teamwork and communication skills required.
