Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide treatment per the established plan of care and in accordance with physician orders, assisting in identifying goals, prioritizing treatment, and selecting appropriate interventions. Continuously assess changes in functional deficits and adjust treatment as appropriate while providing education to residents, families, caregivers, and staff. Collaborate with therapists on observations, progress towards goals, and recommended updates to plan of care and discharge, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and billing in the electronic medical record. Demonstrate understanding of payer sources and regulatory requirements, coordinate on supervisory visits, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. This oncall role offers weekday and weekend hours with paid mileage and drive time for travel between communities.
