Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist to assist residents with disabilities in improving mobility, function, strength, and independence. Monitor and report patient responses to treatment, communicate progress and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist, and educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, exercises, and safe mobility techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations while collaborating with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient-centered care.
