Provide high-quality, hands-on physical therapy treatment under PT supervision in an outpatient orthopedic setting; implement individualized treatment plans, document care using an advanced EMR system, track patient progress, collaborate with PTs, aides, and front office staff; educate and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey; maintain regulatory and payer-compliant practices. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and a current California PTA license (or license-eligible); mentorship and professional development are available within a clinician-led network.
