Job Summary
PTA role in outpatient orthopedics providing therapy to patients, following individualized care plans, teaching patients functional tasks and exercises to strengthen or stretch muscles and alleviate pain, collaborating with colleagues, and using an EMR for documentation. Includes mentorship and professional development programs, sign-on/relocation bonuses for select locations, and incentives. Requires PTA graduation and active state license; duties cover a range of rehab services from gait and orthotic assessment to spine and TMJ rehabilitation. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State
