Job Summary
PTA will provide high-quality hands-on physical therapy under PT supervision in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting care using an advanced EMR system, tracking patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed, collaborating with PTs, aides, and front office staff, educating and motivating patients throughout rehabilitation, and maintaining regulatory and payer compliance. The role offers mentorship, growth pathways, and a compensation package including hourly pay, incentives, CEU reimbursement, and loan assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current California PTA license (or license-eligible)
