Job Summary
Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under PT supervision in an outpatient orthopedic/sports therapy setting. Follow individualized care plans, perform manual and functional therapy, support acute/chronic rehab, pre/post-op care, return-to-sport/work programs, and build relationships with patients and staff. Document efficiently through an AI-enhanced EMR, maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current New Mexico PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
