Job Summary
Provide high-quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist; implement individualized treatment plans designed by the PT; deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and selected manual techniques within PTA scope; educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery; document patient progress accurately and timely; collaborate with PTs, physicians, and clinic staff to support excellent patient outcomes; participate in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and functional movement
