Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant provides home-health physical therapy under licensed PT supervision, performing patient-care activities, gathering treatment information, and helping adjust care plans with the Physical Therapist. Works to improve mobility and independence, honors ethics and agency policies, and completes charting during visits with AI-powered support. Maintains infection control and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care in patients’ homes. KS PTA certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Assistant Certification for the state of KS
- Home Health experience preferred, not required
- Ability to Pass Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical
- Multi-disciplinary collaboration for patient care
