Physical Therapist Assistant Per Diem

Physical Therapist Assistant per diem to work on-site in Boston, MA under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. Implement individualized physical therapy programs and provide treatments, collaborate with the rehabilitation team, document patient care and education in the EMR, participate in meetings, and rotate/flex staffing as needed. Requires MA PTA licensure and ability to work within established plans of care, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to infection control and departmental policies. Demonstrates professionalism, effective communication with patients and families, and commitment to quality improvement within Hebrew SeniorLife’s care delivery.
