Job Summary
Assist treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists. Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs, operating standard equipment and applying specific techniques. Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit. Provide continuous communication with the Physical Therapist, Director, or facility staff to ensure quality treatment and excellent functional outcomes.

- Working under the guidance of a physical therapist
- Part of a growing team
- Assisting treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists
- Developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
- Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques
- Discussing treatment with patients
- Recording patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
- Providing continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff
- Operating and applying knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment
