Job Summary
Conduct high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, adhering to state practice acts and Select Medical policies. Implement care with minimal supervision while maintaining positive interactions with centers and enhancing client relations. This outpatient orthopedic role offers PRN weekday coverage with competitive hourly pay ranging from $26 to $35, including free continuing education and a matching 401(k). Select Physical Therapy supports patients returning to athletics, work, and daily life through a nationwide professional support network.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
