Physical Therapist Assistant- Outpatient

Actively participates in outpatient physical therapy under supervision of a Physical Therapist, following the established Plan of Care, and delivering individualized therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include instructing patients, documenting in the EMR, communicating patient needs and progress to the PT, ensuring safety and confidentiality, maintaining a clean and compliant clinical environment, and contributing to a collaborative care team. Eligible candidates must hold a NY PTA license and be prepared to work in Setauket- East Setauket, NY in a full-time capacity; the role emphasizes hands-on patient care, education, and outcome-focused rehabilitation within an outpatient clinic setting.
