Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position in Lansing, MI. Roles include collaboration in an outpatient setting, treating patients with orthopedic conditions, and delivering high-quality care. Full-time, part-time, or PRN options available (full-time preferred, up to 40 hours/week). New graduates welcome with mentorship; approximately 11 patients per day for full-time staff. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and Michigan state license. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, and continuing education opportunities. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (no weekends or holidays). Must be licensed or eligible to practice in Michigan and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program
- State license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- New graduate PTAs welcome and will receive training and mentorship
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
