Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group. Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, supports a range of diagnoses and ages, collaborates with licensed clinicians, and mentors new graduates. Typical full-time clinical load includes around 11 patients per day with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care, teamwork, and evidence-based rehabilitation. Requires PTA program graduation and Colorado PTA licensure or eligibility; new graduates welcome for mentorship and training. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends or holidays; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, and continuing education opportunities. Salary approximately $25/hour (annualized to $52,000) with potential bonus; PTAs must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- New graduate PTAs are welcome and will receive training and mentorship
