Monitor the physical therapy treatment program for each resident assigned based on a physical therapist's evaluation and the physician's request under the direction of the Physical Therapist and the Director of Rehabilitation. Requires an A.A.S. Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program, NYS Ed. Dept. registration, and geriatric experience. Located in Brooklyn, NY, with a salary range of $58,634.17 to $73,292.71 per year. This role supports short-stay or long-term inpatient care at our waterfront property in a supportive community focused on personalized health care services.
Required Qualifications
