Job Summary
Progress patient care plans established by licensed physical therapists and provide exceptional services in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic. Communicate periodically with physicians through progress notes and discharge summaries, while maintaining frequent dialogue with supervising PTs regarding treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and potential discharges. Supervise rehabilitation aides and manage daily documentation of all treatments in patient charts. Requires current Illinois PTA licensure, CPR certification, and 1-2 years of experience. Full-time role based in Westchester, IL with a pay range of $27-35 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current licensure as a PTA in IL (or willingness to apply)
- CPR Certified
