Job Summary
Provide skilled therapy services to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions and assess patient progress to communicate adjustments to the supervising provider. Document services and provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders. Submit input to the supervisor for discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
