Job Summary
Provide PT interventions that are safe, effective, and in compliance with JAG PT guidelines while managing a full caseload and delegating to support staff as needed. Complete documentation of notes in WebPT EMR in a timely manner and maintain state-regulated CEU requirements for your license. Assist with facility cleanliness and organization, and educate the surrounding community through lectures and presentations. Demonstrate respectful intervention with patients, colleagues, and others while working as a team member with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Physical Therapy Assistant degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
- Basic computer skills
- Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Physical Therapy Assistant degree preferred
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software
- Excellent oral, written communication
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
