Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team while delivering skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy with ongoing patient assessments. Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. This role requires a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with an active California license, with previous experience as a bonus. The position is full-time, permanent, and direct-hire, scheduled for day shifts Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Required Qualifications
