Job Summary
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT. Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans; provide interventions (exercises, manual therapy, modalities); document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Educate patients and families on home programs and safety; maintain a clean, safe therapy environment. Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care; monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as needed. Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current Nebraska PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork
