Job Summary
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join Innovative Healthcare Centers' DMV/Baltimore outpatient network as a floating PTA. Rotate between clinics, collaborate with Physical Therapists, and support patients in regaining mobility and daily function. Provide direct patient care under licensed PT supervision, help implement treatment plans, monitor progress, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training, maintain EMR documentation, and educate patients on exercises and injury prevention. Opportunity to learn multiple treatment styles with mentorship across the network; 80% of clinicians to collaborate with; strong emphasis on patient experience and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Maryland PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
